Upgrade to a higher plan

Both Woolworths and the customer would benefit. Woolworths would make more profit, and the customers would benefit from having a plan that for just a couple of dollars more would more suit their lifestyle and data usage! When I signed up there was only one phone available and one plan. Now their are many plans and options.

    totally agree as I am the same. When I signed up there was only the one plan and now there are many but I cannot upgrade to a better plan. Think this is just silly as with all other carriers you can do this.

    True, unfair on us as ther was only one plan nd phone wen it first started.

    you are expecting too much out of this mob, once you are under the contract, you are not important

    I concur, I to signed on when there was only a single phone and plan. Woolworths needs to support these early customer or risk loosing them at the end of the contract. If upgrade to a new plan not available then apply roll over data to phone plans and add-on's.

    I cannot understand either why we cannot change to at least a higher plan. I struggle every month to get through on the basic plus $10 add on. I totally refuse to pay more than that on an add on when higher plans that would suit are now being offered. #wooliesmobilesucks

    I am new to the Woolworths mobile plans and now realise I may need more data. To switch to a higher plan would be great
