Is it too difficult to get rid of the useless, lying and extremely agents?
Not too sure if he still works there or not but there is one guy who really knows his stuff.
If you're lucky enough to get him then you'll be in for a treat (providing he's still around). If he doesn't know, he'll be upfront and honest with you, not only will he find out, but he will actually CALL BACK.. Unlike most other people there.
