When service keeps failing .

My phone keeps failing.  Repeatedly receiving the same msg (up to 13 times),  blocks incoming calls, disallows outgoing calls. Extremely hard work to get good assistance. Meanwhile always seem to receive msgs to advise me my payment is due (often repeated)  and guess what payment is always taken on time.  But me I'm still left with a dodgy phone paying full price even though I havent been able to get full usage. Not at all happy will be changing when times up

    And yet again!!!  WI FI has been dropping in and out all day but guess what?  That's right Woollies were able to take their payment.

    Um... Pretty sure YOUR WiFi and their banking systems have 0 to do with each other, at least I wouldn't think so. 

    If you just keep calling you'll get one of the very helpful and extremely rare customers services guys, don't know the name, but there's are at least three. Don't get angry or ask for management, their useless, rude and don't know half of the stuff they should!  Don't call at on open or close also
