I came in line to buy an S7 edge plan. But the fact that I cannot buy insurance at the same time so i cannot get a broken screen fixed or get a new phone if one comes out during my plan means I'm not going to enter into a contract with you. In the 16 years of owning a mobile you are the first company I have come across that doesn't have insurance - move with the times or you won't get the business no matter what your offer is!

This is pretty much a deal breaker when signing up for a long term contract with no peace of mind. Phones these days are delicate. Even though i have managed to keep a galaxy s7 for 3 years ( through telstra with $14 P/M insurance ) with no damage at all i still want insurance and believe any company offering $1000+ devices should offer this.
