Add online account access in order to check/change personal details/ payment methods/ subscriptions plan details etc for post paid plans.

There should be online account access for post paid plan as well as pre paid subscribers in which the subscriber can access, check and change personal information, account details and other network/phone options. This would reduce the need to contact support via chat, email or by calling. I imagine this would benefit all Woolworths mobile customers, and reduce the need for "live tech support".

    Online account update for postpaid customers still not available; the only option for those who use non-android or non-iOS phones is a phone call to the horror 1665 customer care. Disgusting.

    This is something I was surprised by when I went to Woolworth Mobile site - not being able to login to the site to manage my Post Paid account (purchase add-ons etc.)

    It's nice that customer's are submitting idea's via this site, just need someone from Woolworths to use it and we'll be set.

    This will make things easier for the customer
