It charged me 2 times in one aftetnoon

hi there, I was recharge my Woolworth Mobil this afternoon, every thing went smooth, but soon I got E-mail my recharges was sussfull twice, and I login my bank account, it charge me 2 times, can I ask money back or I’m happy to let the plan go another month, thank you.
